Pius studied art history and business administration and founded McKinivan in the US in 1994, in Switzerland in 1995. Outside of McKinivan, he has gained practical knowledge in strategic marketing, trade marketing, conceptual design of content for exhibitions, as well as in managing an international agency. Pius is Head of Consulting and leads the management team of the agency.

Michael earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts majoring in communications and marketing. Michael is now supporting McKinivan as Communication Advisor in various projects and has managed the agency’s operations since 2018. Michael has the necessary calmness and due to his serenity keeps a clear sight even in the most hectic moments during an event.

Colombia, Russia, and now Switzerland. Victor received his Master of Fine Arts at the Zurikov Academy of Art in Moscow and then co-founded McKinivan in Switzerland in 1995. Victor is senior partner and due to his pronounced feeling for narratives and rhythms, he distinguishes himself in the editing of video productions.

Joëlle has a classic education as a designer, with a degree from the Academy of Arts in Zurich, and then gained practical knowledge in corporate and brand design. Since 2010 she has worked with us as a creative person who connects two and three dimensional design and is a successful designer in the digital area too.

Andi completed an apprenticeship as a polygraph. After several years in prepress and publishing, he gained valuable experience as a specialist and project manager in the field of interior decoration. Since October 2014, Andi has been putting the finishing touches to our print data and producing digital presentations in McKinivan’s studio.
