New ages require new measures – especially in the insurance industry. So how do you prepare around 1200 employees from all over Switzerland for new, digitized processes? And how do you create the right mix of information and excitement?
For Zurich Switzerland’s sales strategy conference, we have found an answer to these and many other questions. We designed and implemented the event dramaturgy, the event look and the entire brand experience. The Samsung Hall as a location shone in the blue and white Zurich colours and presented itself in a varied look through the animated key visual “GO”. During the three-hour show part, the employees listened to the speeches and dialogues of the management and were captivated by videos and show acts like “Stickstoff”. With the final production, the handover of the new device, we surprised the audience one last time on stage, before an aperitif with appetizers from all over the world waited for the guests. The various slot machines in the aperitif area also contributed to the good entertainment.
